My stay at the hotel was absolutely magical. Every detail in the room was thought out to make it perfect, from the gorgeous decor to the heated bathroom floors. The gas fireplace and antique touches added a cozy feel to the spacious room. Being right next to the office was a pleasant surprise that made the experience even better.

This hotel truly stood out for me! From exceptional rooms set around a central courtyard with a soothing waterfall and cozy fire pit to the super warm and friendly service, it was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic, with lots of personal touches to make your stay memorable, and the dining, although simple, was well put together and brought to our room each morning. The only slight letdown was the dining options lacking variety, but overall, it's a gem in the heart of Carmel.

The service was super helpful and very friendly, adding a personal touch to the whole experience. The location is perfect, conveniently close to everything yet away from the hustle, in a quiet neighborhood. The dining experience was ordinary but served promptly, and the fresh unlimited pancakes were a highlight.
